Our Hand Matzohs are under the rabbinical supervision of:
~Rabbi Shmuel Meir Katz, a prominent authority and orthodox rabbi in Lakewood NJ.
~Rabbi Mordechai B. Klein, Chief Rabbi and Leader of the Satmar community in New Jersey.
~The Machine Matzohs are under the supervision of Rabbi Shmuel Meir Katz, and additionaly under the
supervision of the Kof-K kosher supervising agency.
